Follow the basic steps, listed below to create a dynamic Hot-Air Balloon that will send your sales soaring!

Set your basket on a sheet of cardboard, trace around the bottom of the basket, cut out circle. Set circle aside until needed.
Hi-Float and fully inflate the 3’ balloon with helium.
Tie the balloon to a weight and drop the weight in the basket.
Cover the balloon with the net, adjust the net strings until they are even.
Remove weight and tie the strings of the net all together in a knot so balloon floats at the desired height. Cut of excess strings.
Place cardboard circle on top of knot and push down to the bottom of the basket.
Add gourmet products, plush, and novelties item to the basket and arrange as desired.
Make bows, attach to net evenly around balloon.

Make Bow:
8” from one end of ribbon, pinch firmly between thumb and index finger.
Make a 5” loop (half the size of finished bow) pinch tightly. If ribbon is one-sided, twist length to right side. Make second loop and pinch over first to pinches.
Repeat this process forming 3 loops on each side.
Make a center knot by forming a small loop over your thumb, pinch and tie all loops together. Tie 16” length to back for tails.
