1. Ultra Hi-Float and Helium inflate 3’ Football latex. Attach Monofilament line to the neck of the 3’ balloon and attach to weight. Set aside until needed.
2. To curl a 350Q, fully inflate the balloon, then release the air. Wrap the 350Q evenly around a small cylinder, then air inflate. Balloon will curl as it is inflated. Leave 1” un-inflated at the tip and tie off. Tie the ends together forming a chain. Tie the neck of the 350Q to the neck of the 3’ latex. Then tie the other neck of the 350Q to your weight.
3. Air-inflate two 5” latex balloons to 5” and tie together to make a duplet. Make another duplet and twist the two duplets together to make a cluster of four balloons. (use balloon sizing templates to ensure all balloons are inflated uniformly).
4. Repeat step 3 five more times. Start adding clusters, attach two clusters to the neck of the 3’ latex, attach two more clusters to the middle where the 350Q are tied together, and the last two clusters to the bottom where the 350Q is attached to the weight.
