Follow the basic steps listed below to create this simple, but elegant arrangement.

Cut a 7” circle out of cardboard. Cover with white tissue paper.
Set Crown on top of 7” circle, fill with shred
Arrange item inside Crown as shown.
If desired, wrap snuggly using clear cello bag
Add bow:
6” from one end of 3/16” ribbon, pinch firmly between thumb and index finger.
Make a 4” loop, pinch tightly. Make second loop and pinch over first two pinches.
Repeat this process forming 4 loops on each side.
Pinch and wire or tie all loops together
Repeat step 5, making a second bow, put the two bows together to
make one bow.
Helium fill matching Foil Shape and 18” Foil Balloons, attach to
ribbon, adjust to the desired height and attach to arrangement.
