Follow the steps listed below to create this dynamic Centerpiece

Take a 9" Lomey design dish and turn upside down. Glue universal piece in center of dish using Lomey adhesive.   Add 21" Lomey Column onto universal piece. Now insert another universal piece to top of column, Then Glue 6" Lomey design dish to top universal piece as shown.   Set aside and let glue completely dry. Follow directions on Lomey adhesive.

Cut 30 Silver Foil Sheets to 7"x 7"
Cut 30 Blue Foil Sheets to 7"x 7"
Take one sheet of silver, find the center, and pinch together, take one sheet of blue, fine the center, and pinch together, now put the two together. Take a 4" wired floral pick and wire around where sheets are pinched together to make a tuff.
Repeat steps to create 30 sets of silver and blue tuffs. Set aside until needed.

Top Arrangement

Glue a 4"x 4" block of Sahara Dry Foam into the bottom of the 6" design dish.

Air inflate and heat seal one 9" Foil Star and two 4" Foil Stars.   Attach to cello cups as shown.

Thread tail through either hole and pull tight.
Wrap tail 3/4"around base of cup to slot just before threaded hole.
Lay tail across to opposite slot crossing over the threaded tail. Pull down, this will force threaded tail into slot to secure the balloon                                                                                                                                       Insert balloon stick into cello cup.   Cut balloon stick to desired heights,
then insert into center of foam.

Add foil tuffs as shown evenly around the design, by pushing wooden floral pick into the dry foam.   Finish design by adding 2 Silver Star Foil Sprays evenly around the design.

Bottom Arrangement

Take a 4"x 4" block of Sahara Dry Foam cut in half, glue to 9" design dish on each side of column. Air inflate and heat seal one 4" Star Foil Balloon.   Attach to cello cup insert balloon stick, cut to desired height and insert into foam.

Add foil tuffs as shown evenly around the design, by pushing wooden floral pick into the dry foam.   Finish design by adding 2 Silver Star Foil Sprays evenly around the design.
