Designed by: Diane Sheward, CBA		Follow the basic steps listed below to create this Pick Me Up Bouquet. Cut a 2”x 3”x 4”H block of Sahara Dry Foam, glue block of foam into the bottom of the Smile Container. Cut 60 clear confetti cello sheets to 7”x 7” Take one sheet of confetti cello, find the center, and pinch together, take second sheet of confetti cello, find the center, and pinch together, now put the two together. Take a 3” wired floral pick and wire around where sheets are pinched together to make a tuff. Repeat step 3 to create 30 sets of confetti cello tuffs. Set aside until needed. Take 8 Clear cardettes, apply balloon stick-ems to the flat side of the cardette as show. Press cardette with stick-em to the backs of mini candy bars or mini packs of M&M’s. >>>>as shown>>>>> Arrange candy in container: place candy stems into the container to establish height and width. The first candy stem should be approximately 1 1/2 times the height of the container. The next two candy stems should be placed to establish the width. Place on each side of container. Fill in with remaining candy as shown. Air-inflate 9” smile face foil, attach to cup & stick, insert into arrangement. Add confetti cello tuffs as shown evenly around the design, by pushing wooden floral pick into the dry foam. Evaluate the design: adjust as needed to complete design. Helium inflate foil balloons, attach ribbon, Ultra Hi-Float and Helium inflated 11” smile face latex, attach ribbon. Arrange balloons, adjust to the desired height and attach to arrangement.
